Globally, math anxiety is a challenge and which has a negative effect on the math  understanding and performance (PISA 2012 report) in spite of MATH being the favorite subject across students in many countries (Cambridge International Global Education Census, 2018).  
In India,  

• 82% Students across Grade 7-10 are Math-phobia (Cuemath Survey, 2021)

• Mathematics is considered as the toughest subject (Cuemath Survey, 2018)
